Professional Integration and Capacity Building
The Professional and Capacity Building Program creates an inclusive environment to guide and help African diaspora minorities acquire the best training and skills needed to facilitate their integration into the public and private workforce.
Goals & Objectives
Create a database of free and paid ESL programs and coach non-native English speakers to learn and adapt quickly to the U.S.
Identify leading academic programs and coach high school graduates and college students to pursue higher education in STEM.
Provide assistance and tutoring for college admission exams.
Establish a network of professionals to serve as mentors to college students and high school graduates.
Advise students on available resources to pursue higher education while minimizing costs.
Partner with placement agencies and companies that guide and help African diaspora minorities access short-term training and skills needed to facilitate their integration into the workforce.
