Women, Family & Youth Development
To create and strengthen infrastructures that support positive development for women, youth, and children to realize their potential and improve their livelihoods.
Work in partnership with all other programs to promote women’s entrepreneurship.
In collaboration with other programs, guide minority women to pursue higher education and access decent jobs.
Promote cultural exchange programs between the African diaspora and the African continent. In collaboration with African Union and African member states, develop cultural exchange programs allowing African descendants to better contribute to Africa’s creative industries and job creation.
Goals & Objectives
Develop a program to coach woman’s development and promote women’s entrepreneurship to facilitate their financial growth and independence in their local communities.
Guide and teach women about business formation processes and current tax laws.
Coach families with children on existing programs that help children and families in need of special assistance (Children with disabilities, healthcare, insurance, education, etc.)
In partnership with other programs, guide women to pursue higher education and facilitate their integration into the workforce.
Develop a program that provides tutoring or academic assistance to students and non-traditional students re-entering academia.
Guide high school graduates on available resources to pursue higher education while minimizing costs. Coach high school graduates in academic programs.
Develop a program to promote cultural diversity and inclusion. This program will create a cultural exchange environment allowing African descendants to better immerse themselves in their ancestors’ culture by visiting African countries, colleges, and universities.
